Your driver will message you identifying themselves and their vehicle make and registration.

Please check your text messages for the notification when landed.

Once you have collected your bags (and have cleared Customs if International) and are about to exit the terminal, send a reply text to the driver saying READY and they will drive into the “Public Pick Up Area” outside, in front of the multi level carpark, below the Park Royal.

There is:

Lanes 1 and 2

Public Pick up area

Middle Row between rows 1 & 2

Your driver will come through and collect you from there.

Once you have collected your bags and are about to exit the terminal, send a reply text to the driver saying READY and they will drive into the “T4 Public Pick Up Area” outside, in the T4 Carpark.

Take the Escalator or Lift to Level 1.

Level 1 - Row 2

Follow the T4 Signs to the Public Pick Up Area that are Painted YELLOW.

The driver will come in and collect you from there.
